After merging the boy’s ’05 Red and Black teams earlier this year, the boys solidify this Fall and show strong performance thus far in Fall Prime Time league.

“After being together for only 4-5 months, the 05 boys are on their way to playing great soccer. Through hard work, dedication and love for the game, they beginning to mold into a strong dominate force on the 05 boys scene. They continue to grasp the concept of possession soccer with the freedom to take players on in 1v1 situations, and it’s evident when they step on the pitch. I am very proud of the players as well as the parents for coming together for one common goal and it’s only going to get better.”

“It’s not about winning or losing, it’s about how we play” – Stephen Phiri

I LOVE this story! Unfolding right before our eyes is a perfect example of dedication and commitment to a goal! It’s easy in Academy to “stack” a team just to rack up wins. Much harder to take what you have, nurture it, mold it and shape it into something special. I hope these young men AND their parents hold the course. Sure is fun watching them make their own path.
